After about 2 months of thinking „I don’t need an upgrade“ the thought of „get a new machineeee“ just kept getting louder and louder. So I did. And I’m in love. I love my 17 year old quick mill Andreja heat exchanger but the Bianca is just in another dimension. Couldn’t be happier with my decision.
I have it paired with an Eureka Specialita. Love the grinder as well.
Might upgrade the grinder down the road, but honestly don’t feel like I will. It does everything I want it to. And the Bianca is definitely end game for me.

Between this and the Mara X, just not sure if the extra 1000 euros is worth it for my use case – 2 milk drinks back back 3-4 times a week… man it’s difficult to decide!!
