I try to make as much as I can from scratch, or procure it from friends/community
Shoutout to my wife for sprouting microgreens and making mayo
My friend for baking sourdough and growing the heirloom tomatoes and butter lettuce
Local Earth Fare for avocado and turkey pepperoni and goat cheese
I cure and smoke the bacon (thick cut by hand), pickle the onions, and season everything/assemble with care

This is way more than a BLTA. This is one hell if a craft sandwich. It needs a name all on its own. That being said, I don’t see the goat cheese
