    It doesn’t look bad OP, but the pasta looks a bit dry or undercooked? Maybe you should add more eggs, or knead it more, or make the pasta tinner if you can’t cook it more not to cook the eggs.

    Also, but that’s not really important, I always saw this recipe done with ricotta and spinach.
