-Kewpie mayo mixed with Calabrian chili paste on the bottom bun
-Garlic dill pickles
-4 slices of hot Mortadella
-One slice Provolone, one slice Swiss
-Pickled red onions
-Honey mustard on the top bun

I always toast the bun with butter to give it an extra crunch to the sandwich.
Pretty close to perfect.

I never considered frying mortadella. I would fry bologna in a second so I’m surprised I never thought of it. I can’t wait to try it.
Those pickles are a nice add to Bourdain’s favorite sammy.
