  1. Super Simple Honey Mustard Salmon 

    Ingredients (serves 4): 
    •4 Salmon fillets 
    •2 tablespoons Garlic infused olive oil 
    (or you can add garlic) 
    •2 tablespoons honey
    •1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard 
    •Juice ½ lemon 
    •Pinch salt & black pepper
    •1.5 tsp fresh parsley chopped 

    To serve: New potatoes (we did ours in the air fryer with Italian herbs and a little olive oil). Plus veg of your choice – we went with babycorn and mangetout. 

    Method: 
    1. Add olive oil (garlic), honey, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix well. 
    2. Place salmon fillets on greaseproof/tinfoil and top with mixture. Wrap into a parcel.  
    3. Can be oven cooked at 180 for around 20-30mins in the oven or pop in the air fryer for around 12mins for a crispier version. 
    4. Either boil your new potatoes or pop in the air fryer with a little oil and mixed italian herbs for crispy potatoes. 
    5. Serve with veg
