    Spicy Tuna Roll with Sriracha mayo and chives.

    Tuna nagiri 3 ways. With nikiri sauce, jalapeno lime, and Sriracha mayo.

    Scallop nagiri 2 ways. With burnt lemon supremes and with nikiri sauce.

    Carolina shrimp 2 ways. With lemon zest and cracked pepper and with salt cured egg yolk.

    Lobster nagiri with burned chive butter.

    Served with soy peanut cucumbers with nori and pickled ginger.

    Looks really good to me! Especially the tuna, you did a great job cutting it. I’ve seen some massacres on homemade sushi subs lol

    But no seriously this is great work. Making sushi is ***not easy*** and you can tell that you put effort into this – I hope it tasted great and your belly is warm!

    Looks good. Did you use sushi rice or white rice? Sushi rice is made with a vinegar mixture and is slightly sweetened.

    Yes that looks great! Did you go powder horseradish style wasabi or grated? Pretty cool! I like using Korean chili flakes and if have leftovers of something crunchy for topping like crispy fried onions. If in the west coast they sell an imitation crab called aquamar I miss having so much since they quit selling on east coast.
