Seasoned and Smoked at 250 for about hr and half. Removed and fried one time for about 2 mins then removed. Sauced in buffalo sauce( hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, butter, cayenne pepper, paprika, ghost pepper wing sauce and Worcestershire sauce) and fried again for another 2 mins. Then sauced one last time.

How long did you leave the sauce on the first time before frying them again? I had this idea way back when I worked at a restaurant and the sauce pretty much just burned off and when I got them out you couldn’t tell they were sauced at all.

Don’t fry with sauce on them doesn’t make sense and you’re wasting sauce
