I used the recipe from Crust and Crumb: variation 2 with buttermilk. It has a really nice almost sourdough taste from the buttermilk I really like. I think the texture came out great with it being soft but also strong and not crumbly. I was nervous because I had to add quite a bit of flour to the machine to get a good consistency but it worked out in the end. First time using a Pullman pan too and I had no idea how long to bake with the lid on. I think 30min at 350F might be about right. Thoughts?
