    Amazing cook. Great Job!

Damp washrag underneath the cutting board will help prevent it moving btw.

How are you so good at cooking meat and yet so bad at cutting it sir?

  3. Nostradomas

I need some deets on how u cooked it. I’ve yet to make one that looks that good damn good. Great job

Idk i’m not an expert on picanha but looks too carbonized on the outside.

  5. Please for safety… Wet paper towel or cloth under your cutting board. It won’t slide and you’ll be less likely to cut yourself. Looks great the picanha!!

Haha. I think I would’ve reacted the same as you. I could hear the smile when you’re saying omg seeing that money shot! Great looking!

So nice. I’ve been having trouble finding one at a good price in my current area. Where I used to live, Walmart would have them for around $40… good times they were.

Can someone explain picahna to me? What is it? What cut is it? Is it similar to any other cut?

Is smoking it the preferred method?

Is this something I could cook on my stove top or do I need a grill/smoker?

In the United States, should I expect to find this at a specialty butcher/meat store or my grocery local?

The cutting made me anxious, but the cook made me very hungry. Nice work.

Do you also make everything else in your life harder than what it needs to be?

    Steak looks amazing btw! .

  16. Drewbeede

You know I’ll have to try cooking it whole. I always cut it into steaks first.

  17. Intelligent-Ad-3467

Wet paper towel under cutting board also, I’ve struggled worst than this cutting.

Very nice job on the cook, there’s like no grey at all

Why are you always going to be the color red?

    Sorry I was eversdropping

I always wanted to cook one whole! But where I live, they are so hard to find and very expensive if you do. So if i find picanha I just cut them into steaks and grill/cook them individually.

Seems like it would cook similar to a boneless leg of lamb. If I ever get my hand on a good deal for them, I want to cook one like this.
