My partner joined in my baking routine this week and followed along as I made bread. She absolutely killed it, and blew mine out of the water (peep the flat blobs underneath).
She followed the standard Tartine recipe:
900g King Arthur Bread Flour
100g Cairnspring Mills Whole Wheat Expresso
750g Water
20g Salt
200g Levain
3 sets of stretch and folds and 2 coil folds
