    That is certainly a dinner 😅 vegetables are your friend, friend. Potatoes don’t really count. You can double your plate volume with things like broccoli and cauliflower for 30-50 calories, it’s like magic. You could swap one or two of those potatoes with nearly an entire plate of low cal veg. You do you, but I’d wager filling up the plate further with veg then having strawberries and jam for dessert will leave you feeling even more satisfied + it’s much more nutritionally dense.

    I love the statement “I’m a big guy” followed by ✨💅🏼😂 that looks absolutely amazing, only thing I would’ve done differently is add some blueberries and go with a sugar free cheesecake or sugar free white chocolate jello made with milk for extra protein. Yum!
