This week, Molly shows us her take on an Italian-American dinner table favorite. Her Chicken Piccata with Sweet Corn, Chilies and Buttermilk from More is More is an inventive take on the classic dish. Enough with the capers and olives! Molly swaps ’em with corn, chilis, and buttermilk, making it a dish that is rich, sweet, savory, and spicy all at the same time. If you want to stick to tradition, we certainly won’t stop you, but we know you’re majorly missing out…

  1. Fantastic recipe and the video is “safe for work” too which Is refreshing these days! Anyone watching this can crank up the volume on their computer without worrying about offending anyone in their office. Great job on the family friendly video, Molly!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  2. I love you Molly, but.. I mean, it's probably good. But it's so not a piccata. You coulda named it "Molly's Shut Up and Eat It Sweet Corn Chicken".

  3. Molly – I love your recipes, videos and content generally – but this is in no way Chicken Piccata. Not even a cousin of. Sweetcorn ??? Why not call it Lemony Chicken with Sweetcorn?

  4. A good trick for taking kernels off corn is to invert a bowl into a larger bowl – gives you the clearance for your knife, and the large bowl catches the kernels.
