Let’s turn up the flavour on the classic Aglio e Olio! It’s time to elevate the taste of the traditional Aglio e Olio (Garlic and Olive oil). By infusing this beloved dish with a burst of new flavours from mushrooms and chicken stock powder, we can transform it into a culinary experience that excites the palate and brings a fresh twist to a classic favourite, whilst still honouring the classic Italian recipe.

Ingredients*
150g spaghetti (boiled in well seasoned water)
3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp salt
3 Chestnut mushroom, sliced
20g Butter
1 tsp Chicken stock powder
1 bunch of Parsley, chopped
About 5g of grated hard cheese (We use Parmesan), for the sauce.
Extra on serving, to taste
Squeeze of Lemon 👏

  2. Bro my sister lived in Italy for many years. I am afraid if I show her this she will find where you live and deskin your ass to make herself a fancy purce. But I am a humane person and I won't snitch on you. Just be careful next time when you cook italian.
