I found this unopened in the back of my pantry. Expiration date March 2024. (Yes, I know, real parmesan is better but I'm all out and this stuff tastes like childhood)
What the heck happened to the cheese? Why is it brown? And more importantly, can I eat it? My pasta is getting cold ðŸ˜
