honestly it’s pretty good, similar to my starter setup, instead i had an opus! learned to pull lovely shots on it tho

I have the same espresso machine with a Timemore 078s grinder and it honestly pulls really phenomenal shots.

My first set up was similar, but with a Gaggia Classic and an Orphan Espresso hand grinder. To be honest, I think my espresso sucked, so I stuck with milk-based drinks. lol
No, I don’t blame the gear! Most definitely a skills issue.
