I went a few days ago with a couple of friends to el raval in South Lamar. When we asked for the check we noticed a 3% charge with the description "health and wellness." While asking the waitress she said it was for the employees' health insurance. So why don't they simply increase their prices 3% instead of surprising people with this additional charge. I'm totally in favor of giving the right benefits to employees, but not this way, deceiving customers with lower prices.
