Thought I’d try gluten free spaghetti, was not disappointed.

As far as I can tell, you had gluten free pasta, salmon, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, parsleys and turnips. Am I missing anything?

Barilla makes a really good gluten free pasta. Made with corn and rice, it cooks for nearly the exact same time as flour pasta, and doesn’t require a cold water rinse to stop the cooking. Texture is good (slightly more firm than flour pasta) and flavor is a bit different (due to the corn flour) but none of that detracts from the overall experience.

Barilla makes a gluten free spaghetti that when cooked to just before Al dente is almost indistinguishable to regular. As someone who has to cook GF for my spouse it’s saved our pasta nights. My only complaint is that the boxes only have 12oz of pasta instead of 16oz.

That salmon looks so good, and I don’t even like salmon.

I find that it tastes fine if you eat it right away but it doesn’t work well for leftovers

No sure I’ve ever thought about beetroot on pasta. It looks beautiful though. How’s the taste?
