    You’re adding your aromatics WAY to early. Steak should basically be done before adding rosemary etc.

    You should never put in your butter and aromatics in until at least one side is seared.

    Love my steak in cast iron. But man do I hate the cleanup after. Wind up with grease splatter all over the counters and cooktop.
