Thank you @Good-Ad-5320, for sharing the recipe. I’ve made brioche before but this is easily the best one so far. I followed the recipe exactly and used white bread flour with 12g protein. It came out so soft and stringy. I made one bread loaf and with other half of the dough, I made Babka with butter, walnut, cinnamon and brown sugar filling. They both turned out insanely delicious. I cannot wait to make French toast with my bread loaf tomorrow.
