I am going to be the nay sayer. Any steak sandwich is better than no steak sandwich, which is what I had today. But I don’t understand these steak sandwiches with thick cuts of steak where one has to tear off a chunk of meat like a hyena tearing at a wildebeest on the Savanah. I prefer it cooked to preferred done-ness and then sliced very thin for easy biting. Then placed on a substantial bread that can hold up to being pulled on a bit.
The onions look good though.
