All looks great except the Encore. For true endgame, you’ll want to eventually upgrade to a proper espresso grinder.

Only an American would have plus tax as a separate bit. I really feel pity for you guys

I had, more or less, the same setup. Then I bought a DF64 grinder….and that made a HUGE difference. (Sold the upgraded Baratza Virtuoso for $135). Next I installed a Barista Gadgets PID. ANOTHER HUGE difference.

    Nice.

I went with the Profitec Go for $799 from idrinkcoffee, no sales tax, favorable Canadian exchange and free shipping

And the Eureka Specialita from ECS for $315.

I snagged a gaggia for 350 with a pid already installed and some accessories. Bought a df64 v2 new. Another 50 on accessories and I’m loving it. Coming from a used bbe that pooped out on me. Setups after this point I feel like have greatly diminishing returns relative to cost.

  7. Endgame… my sweet summer child you are in for a financial trip

Gaggiuino also attainable from this position

Why don’t people include the tax in the price. You have to pay tax right? So that’s the price? I don’t even know how much “tax” is.
