I was following the sourdough bread recipe from the rye package.
* yeast in cold water for 10 minutes, * added flour and rye flour, * added the rye mixture, * added oil. * Left to mix 10 minutes with machine * added salt (probably not enough) * Left to raise 60 minutes, * added more oil * Folded and turned aournd * raise 60 minutes * separated into 4 pieces * left to raise 60 minutes (didnt happen much) * left to raise overnight, covered in plastic
Morning came, it has somewhat raised but horizontally… into eachother… and the plastic stuck to the dough. At this point it was beyond saving so I baked it at 220c for 25 minutes. The taste is very yeasty

nah its not a failure, you just made a sourdough flat bread 🙂
