Ingredients + Recipe:
Carrabba’s Italian Grill Chicken Marsala

4 tablespoons butter
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 shallots finely chopped
1/2 lb mushrooms chopped
1/4 C dry Marsala
1/2 C heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice

Pound chicken breast to even thickness and lightly salt and pepper.

In large skillet sauté chicken in 2T melted butter until lightly brown. About 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove from pan and set aside.

Add remaining butter to pan and add shallots and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are lightly browned, scraping brown bits from bottom of pan. Add cream and lemon juice and return to boil. Then add Marsala and bring to a light boil. Return chicken to pan for about 3-5 minutes to reheat and finish cooking.

Serve with buttered noodles or mashed potatoes.
