Homemade Crab Rangoon, Deep Fried In Wagyu Tallow

    8oz cream cheese

    8 oz lump crab (dungeness in this case)

    1 clove minced garlic

    1/3 cup fine cut chives

    1 tbsp soy sauce

    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

    1 tbsp mirin

    1 pack of 32 wonton wrappers

    Mix everything aside from the wonton wrappers together really well. Place about half a spoonful of the mix in the middle of your wrapper after wetting it, then fold it! [I used this guide to fold them.](https://thewoksoflife.com/how-to-fold-wontons/) Freeze them, then you can just drop them into your deep fryer or fry them on the stove. My deep fryer has wagyu tallow in it, so I used it! The sauce is a ginger, soy, chili crisp sauce that I mixed up.
