Struggling with obesity? Discover how I shed 200 pounds in just 23 months! In this video, I share my life-changing eating plan that helped me go from 350 pounds to 150 pounds. Please see below for further info that I did not include.

The question that I get asked the most is what my food plan was to lose 200 pounds in 23 months. Going from 350 pounds down to 150 pounds meant I had to make drastic food changes. Here I talk to you about what I eat as well as how I eat to get myself in such a life-changing success story of a beautiful Weight Loss journey. My all-over body transformation happened from the inside out, including food behaviours OK potty time is coming. This is the formula I followed to get to where I am today.

Please note, I mention in the video that I use olive oil, I also use coconut oil when cooking. I also did not mention that most days I have avocado in my salad, which is important as it is a healthy fat. My caloric intake (I don’t count calories, but from many past diets, i am keenly aware or them) is about 1200 – 1500 per day.

My eating plan was fairly broad
– no sugar
– no flour
– no bingeing
– no comfort eating

  1. Thank you so much for inspiring me to lose 100 pounds again. I am looking now at eating “normal” food not doing keto or fasting and recognizing portion sizes.

  2. I was also raised as pinch of salt, handful herbs, lump of this and that…..😊😅 so I can’t help anyone with recipes.

  3. I would not be put off measuring and weighing just because this lovely lady does not do it. Most of us have distorted ideas of a serving size, and one does not become 350 lbs because they are eating a real single serving size so I don’t think her philosophy worked for her all the time and you can do what is right for you.

  4. The food looked delicious!!! I wish you had kept the pictures up longer .
    You are very calming…
    Happy Thanksgiving for yesterday!

  5. I've been using measuring spoons and cups for years, it isn't a problem,it's just something that I have found to be very helpful, I enjoyed your video, you're very sweet and soft spoken,I'll be subbing for sure, thankyou!😊

  6. You are so inspiring! I prayed to God last night and asked that he help and guide me on my weight loss journey. Today your video popped up on my feed and I feel he sent you 🙏 I saw a few more videos and in one, you mentioned journaling my goals, you touched on GRATITUDE (I call it vitamin G and we all need it )Im often low on that when it comes to my physical body
God has blessed me with this temple, and I have not been very good to it. I promise to be good to her and take good care of her. I have 60 pounds to lose. But my first small goal will 10 lbs in 30 days
I will check in with you November 15, 2024

  7. The game-changer eggplant for me, because I didn't care for it either, was switching to the long, skinny, slightly curly kind, called Orient Express. It's sweet, lovely grilled. I first had it in a Thai restaurant in a coconut curry, and fell so in love with it, I grew my own. It was easy to grow, and is just dripping with fruits in a season. The skin is a lot more tender than regular eggplant, too. Cheers!😊

  8. Thank you for some insight on what you eat. That was very helpful I found. I love my coffee in the am, too, with a little cream only. Tonight for dinner, I had ground beef with some crushed garlic and mushrooms and a little sea salt. I also had a handful of red grapes. I'm so full! I'm not looking for more snacks. I'm full. I just need water, and that's it for the night! 😊

  9. ❤cream in coffee is amazing , always have your coffee the way you want 😊 I don’t like black coffee either 😅

  10. Hello, you consumed a maximum of 800 kcal per day… it's no wonder you lost so much weight… but well, everyone has their own approach to losing weight, which is good as long as the pounds are lost without endangering health. I've never gone below 1500 kcal and I walked every day for 2 hours and in 9 months I lost 50 kilograms. That's why I always weigh and measure everything to be knowledgeable about my diet. Intake and consumption are the key to healthy weight loss… best regards❤️

  11. Congratulations on your weight loss 🙌🏼. New subscriber because of your content! Do you drink protein shakes or watch your carbohydrates? I am a big snacker and i definitely need to quit that!
