dEATS:
– 4 hard-boiled eggs
– 1/3C nonfat plain greek yogurt
– 20g./4Tbsp yellow or dijon mustard (preferably half & half)
– 60g. pickle juice or white vinegar or ACV
– generous amount of salt, balck pepper, bit of garlic powder, smoked or regular paprila
– garnish w/ more paprika & fresh parsley

How I’ve used it: sandwich spread, veggie dip, chicken wing dip, salad dressing (thin it out w/ more vinegar/water/lemon juice), hollandaise sauce for eggs/potatoes (i know it’s eggs on eggs lol), chicken/tuna/chickpea salad in place of mayo, add soy sauce & dip stir fry meat/veg/rice in it
