Looking for a spot that sells authentic Adana Kebab without any lettuce or extra stuff including random sauces, the way it’s sold in Türkiye ( and many Turkish restaurants in Arab countries).

Most of the restaurants I’ve tried here have really dry rolls, and are surprised when I ask for nothing except sumaq onions and tomatoes. Plus the lavash isn’t roasted, they’re basically just kebab rolls.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
