I have enjoyed laughing at recent posts where people forgot their porta filter or dosing cup when grinding. Well I guess karma finally caught up with me today, I completely forgot to put my cup under the porta filter.
The combination of surprise and me desperately trying to reach a cup to place under the stream caused me to lower the milk pitcher too low and also blow milk everywhere… At least my partner thought it was funny.

I once did a similar thing at my cafe! Forgot to turn the steam off, lowered the jug and milk went everywhere. Flew across the cafe. Steam pressure on the Linea is nuts

Forgot to put the dosing cup for my Niche Zero back in place and discovered what the removable, wooden cup “base” is for! Saved the day 🙂
