they would taste great if you toasted them but it wouldn’t do you any good because it’s for the next day

The meats should overlap so every bite is similar. Otherwise, it’s a hit or miss given the styling vs the complementary palate. It’s looks scrumptious,‘it’s just those bites of completion that hesitates me.

Edit: how you folded the meat.

I’m curious what that pale ham is? By the way, when I saw the result it reminded me of SpongeBob, I’m not a fan of that animation but I seem to remember that I saw something like that in that cartoon or maybe it was in another one but it looks delicious 😋

Apply the sauce between the tomatoes and the spinach. Then toast the bread. I’m sold 👌🏻

Also, bonus points for the pepperoncini/banana peppers. A good sandwich needs a little vinegary crunch.

Great job! Was that TWO layers of tomato’s though?

Would that extra moisture affect it before tomorrow when you sell them?

Genuinely unsure as I largely go without tomato unless someone else makes it, in which case, I just….eat it lol

If you don’t want the sandwich to get soggy you can always add butter.

Sandwich looks good but I’m a mustard guy and I’m ok w a little mayo too. Both seem to be lacking here. Maybe some oil & vinegar?

You gotta diagonal the slices. Less meat with no bread ratio.
