Very good, will swing by this place when I am in London.
I'm south Indian my favourite restaurant in Bricklane for Authentic bengali food, been there many times. Best Beef curry on the bone in London.
I ate in so many Bangladeshi homes in East London but never saw restaurant like this. Seeing this food really takes me back.

"Brick Lane is quite nice now" Hahahaha! It's been a dirty shithole for over twenty years since it got swamped by Bengalis. It was still quite good thirty years ago when there was an even mix of London and Bangladesh, but not now. It's a total dump.
I live in Bricklane and have been to Amar Goan a few times. I've never been disappointed with the food. Great service and good prices.
Brother some advice. Please stop cutting the brother up when he's talking. Let him finish his explanation before you cut him off. Really frustrating.

Another brilliant vlog. We usually head to the same couple of restaurants in Brick Lane but after watching this realise we need to try here. Iβd never realised that when the dishes are on display it was becayse they are freshly prepared that day in one big pot. Thanks for educating me π

Love that the prices are affordale to all…I would fill up on my fave…samosa! Never had it with liver but would love to try it, sounds fantastic, and no doubt full of flavour!
There used to be a restaurant called sweet & spicy right next to it in the corner years ago who did the most amazing kebab puri with red onion sauce, reminds when I was a kid going to brick lane with family we always stopped there, shame they are not there anymore

I grew up in Brick Lane and still go there every other week. This place is π― % authentic. You cannot go wrong if you are looking to try tasteful bengal food.

I live in Queens NY and I am surrounded by Bangladeshi restaurants,that serve food like that including liver shingara,one restaurant mainly makes pita,.A friend gave me a container of food,but didnβt tell me what it was ,when I opened it I had no idea what she had given me, I thought perhaps some sort of vegetable,called another friend,described the dish,and she told me it was Kala Bhuna,not a favorite a bit too dry,and stringy.I do love Bhortas thoughπ

Oh the famous Brick Lane, I've heard so much good about this place, heaven on earth! I'd love to explore it. So much great food that it's probably impossible to escape it. Authentic Bengali food! Indian restaurants here in Poland are pretty basic unfortunately

Iβve never tried authentic Bengali food but Iβm going to drop by there one day soon and try the fish curries, they look amazing and extremely reasonably priced.
Not sure about beef brain or tripe though π€£
