There is a bar in longbeach that makes their own buffalo wing sauce, the Chernobyl (hottest) has excellent habanero flavors. I go there every opportunity I get.

Based on the ingredients, it looks like a carrot/onion base, roasted garlic and peppers, blended and cooked to 180°. That’s how I do mine and add flavors in the blend like sun dried tomatoes, ginger, tumeric.
