Pineapple Upside Down Cake Cookies

Ingredients:
-1 box (18 ¼ oz) pineapple flavored cake mix
-2 eggs
-⅓ cup vegetable oil
-¼ cup crushed pineapple
-jar of maraschino cherries

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Combine the cake mix powder, eggs, oil and crushed pineapple in a bowl. Note: Use only the cake mix powder and ignore the directions on the back of the box.
3. Scoop cookies with a large cookie scoop.
4. Top each cookie with a maraschino cherry in the center.
4. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
