These are four of my top favorite meal prep meals. Simple and easy to cook and packed full of flavor.

  1. Hello from Austin! Loved this video. The longer ones are probly a lot more work, but they're great! And it's super-interesting when when you go to restaurants, so I'm looking forward to that new content. Also really enjoy your humor — screw any negative Nancys. 😆😜

  2. It’s been a very relaxing Friday evening for this very tired home economics teacher watching you cook. Meal prep is my favorite thing ❤🙏🏼

  3. Absolutely loved this video. I meal prep for a few family members and would love to find paying clients that might like that service. The salmon and the braised beef with orzo look stellar.

  4. As far as air fryers…. I think you'll find both styles have their uses…. baskets for more traditional "fried" stuff, shelves for convection baked stuff (I mean, they're all just convection ovens)…. we have both… thanks for the content & ideas!

  5. I love your sense of humor. You can cook for me any day, although I probably could only afford you for lunch…. A road trip to Wisconsin would be nice especially in the fall.

  6. Loved seeing you meal prep and share your recipes. You have a good sense of humor and I enjoy your content. This was entertaining.

  7. Fantastic video. Will be trying the orange beef and, hopefully, doing a good enough job to avoid getting the Chicken Juice Cocktail!

  8. I love to cook and consider myself a Very Good Cook. I love your videos and your simple yet tasty recipes..I enjoyed the long format 😎

  9. this was by far one of my fave videos that you have done!!!!! definitely need to try the chicken and beef!!!!!! ❤take care!!!!!!

  10. I absolutely LOVED this video! Yes, I learned and had a great time. I want to see more of this. Also, I’m from Louisiana and we don’t say a damn thing the correct way. I enjoy the humor, it’s who you are. Keep up the great videos and hoping to see more.

  11. Thanks Eric! Excited to try the salmon. The way that beef pulled apart in the pot!?! Fantastic. It will be great watching the restaurant remake vlogs. When you did the Menu burger from that restaurant chef's kiss!

  12. Love the content and the sense of humor (lol) but mostly enjoyed watching you prep and cook meals from scratch as I myself cook in a similar fashion as well. Look forward to seeing more content like this and it seems when you cook at home you are in your own zone as well as giving new ideas and teaching new things along the way – bravo you 🙂

  13. Really like these simple easy recipes, I showed some family members the finished produt, now I m fixing the chicken, orange beef and peas. Only difference will be ill have more vegetables, because I really like green vegetables. The thing that's a must is making that beef orzo tomarrow.

  14. I know where to come when I have an itch to get in the kitchen forreal! And coming from an Aquarius I definitely get your humor😊 I definitely chuckled a few times!

  15. THANK YOU about telling people to slide the garlic with the blade up!!! I am not a chef, I just love to cook and it makes me cringe when I see people scraping their cutting surface with the blade 😬

  16. Two things- First, it's pronounced go-chu-jjang (its a hard J sound, hence the double-j). Second, if gochujjang is very spicy for you, and you like umami, may I suggest trying ssamjang (pronounced ssam-jang, hard s, soft j). I'm old school, so my favorite brand is Ottogi, but that's considered a fairly basic brand. Anyhow, the ssamjang is fermented soybean paste mixed with gochujjang, and I use it so much because it really hits the umami hard and works well as a marinade if you thin it a bit with sesame oil. It's also great if people can't do too much spice.

  17. More of this please sir! Longer vids are cherished in my household. Had a great time watching the longer videos!!

  18. I have two basket air fryers. The first is one basket, the second is the two basket style. I love both but prefer the two sided style opting to use one side if my meal is small. I also bought two bacon cookers for the side by side. Amazing and zero mess!

  19. No, I didn’t know that about the can opener. I love it and will open my cans that way from now on.

  20. Love your channel. Your channel is inspiring me to cook food that is flavorful. Cooking for 2; we are both well over 60 years young; making simple, healthy and flavorful dishes is challenging.
