Food City Registered Dietitian Kirby Moir shares some recipes that include foods that support good brain health.

Almond Cherry Berry Smoothie
• 1 cup coconut water
• 1 cup Spinach/kale/chard
• 1 cup Non-dairy milk
• 2 cups Pitted Cherries
• 1/2 cup Strawberries
• 1 Ripe Banana
• 1 Apple
• 2 tablespoons Almond Butter
• 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
• 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1. Blend coconut water and greens until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend again for a least 60 secs to desired consistency.
NOTE: Don’t peel the apples.

California Grape Trail Mix
• 1 cup California green seedless grapes
• 4 ounces Food Club Colby jack cheese cubes
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate bars
• 1/2 cup Food Club almonds
Combine all ingredients
