Creamy Cheesy Mushroom Casserole. Easy, Quick, and Delicious Food!
Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped
500 g mushrooms, sliced
A little vegetable oil
1 Tbsp butter
1/3 cup (100 ml) heavy cream
2/3 cup (150 ml) sour cream
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
80 g shredded mozzarella cheese
60 g shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic, powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat a little vegetable oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the onions and sauté until they become translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
3. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes, until all the moisture has evaporated.
4. Season the mushrooms with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
5. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, sour cream and parsley. Let it cook for another 3-4 minutes.
6. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.
7. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
8. Place the pan under a preheated grill for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
Serve warm, either on its own, or over toasted bread.
