Azerbaijan dolma is one of the most delicious dishes of this region and our village, we cook dolma in several ways in the village.Today I prepared dolma in a different style .
Dolma has always been a delicious dish, it was the first time I made pumpkin dolma and I didn’t think it would be so delicious. Pumpkin has wonderful properties, pumpkin dolma was very delicious, it is better to use yogurt and garlic when serving pumpkin dolma with it, it will give you an amazing taste.
The weather in the village has become very cold and the temperature drops very low at night. Today my mother installed the heater so that we can turn it on from today.

How to make delicious pumpkin dolma:
First, chop the onion and fry it in oil, in the second step, add the minced meat to it, then add the aromatic herbs. Now it’s time to add the spices. Since there was no dill and mint in the vegetable garden, I used dried ones. Then add the cooked chickpeas and cooked rice to it, add a few cloves of garlic, and in the last step, add a little tomato paste to it. Now pour the ingredients into the pumpkin and put it in the oven. I put it in the rustic oven for an hour and a half and it was completely ready to eat.
