Habib Beirut is an old man who meticulously prepared homemade traditional Lebanese pickles and dairy goods, adding his own personal twist. People used to visit him to get the authentic taste of the traditional Lebanese food.

News of the food’s quality and freshness spread all over the country and restaurants started buying his products. Soon after, Habib and his wife started making any cold Mezza dish you can imagine, from Shanklish and Hommos to their famous homemade kibbeh and Lebanese pastries.

His 40-year journey made him the guardian of traditional flavors and cuisine. Visitors all over Lebanon came to buy his products and enjoy the authentic Lebanese dining experience.

That is why the restaurant decided to develop Habib Beirut’s concept in UAE, KSA, Oman, Sulaymaniyah and Lebanon bringing out Habib’s tasteful recipes from his kitchen in Lebanon to the world.
