I'm here to atone for not including a crumb shot last time.

Man, those are gorgeous. How do you get those strips on the outer layer?

Please tell us where you’re located so those of us who are nearby can come by and buy those bad boys!!! 🙏🙏

Please apply an NSFW tag on this next time so I’m not embarrassed having that crumb shot on my screen with others around. Looks amazing!

Try eating one of those without crumbing everywhere

I would get a lower back tattoo just to let these things crumb all over it

Would you be willing to tell us the name of your bakery or just where it’s located? If it turns out to be in a city near me I’ll feel like I’ve won the lottery and I’ll be over shortly, lol

I’m new to bread, is crumb shot a real thing?

I can’t stop daydreaming about these things. Goodness.

Those are beautiful! And now I really want a chocolate croissant!

They are wonderfull. In France, those are called pain au chocolat, or chocolatine.
Croissant Always has two pointy ends, and the only other version is croissant aux amandes, a croissant filled with a rich almond cream – butter, almond, sugar, more almonds
They look like the ones from the best parisian pâtisseries. Both inside and outside.

Pain au chocolat (chocolatines 🫣). I do wonder if the shape affects it in any way, imagining the ingredients/preparation are the same? Does anyone know?

I just ate dinner, and now I want to engorge my self in chocolate croissants. Thank you for enabling my weight gain. 😀

Why do you call something non crescent shaped a croissant?

The crumb was great but the lamination was something else, when I saw those layers I couldn’t help but say “Holy shit” out loud.
