One of the items on my to-do list for Japan was try A5 wagyu. That item was checked off the list.


It was a Yakiniku styled dinner, which is why it was thin. It was incredible though.

    thin sliced wagyu? now you need to put that back on the list but with a chunk option. it’s entirely different thing.
