I’ve decided that this will be my lunch tomorrow with the addition of garlic fried rice. I purchased the spam w/ tocino recently and was having second thoughts so it’s just been sitting in my cupboard for a while. Now I can’t wait to eat it lol.

Did you use the whole can of spam? No judgement, just wondering.. I normally do a couple slices on rice. Gotta pan fry it in soy sauce and sugar first of course 😋

You do know rice is not a spice, right? A pinch is not worthy of mention.

Your spam-to-eggs ratio is crazy.
I usually just have two slices of spam with two or three eggs. I personally like it better with scrambled eggs too (try adding a little sugar and soy sauce to the eggs before scrambling!)
