Joined this group not to long ago. Did a Australian wagyu tomahawk Ms9 on my Weber kettle awhile back. Turned out amazing figured this group would appreciate it.

Gorgeous tomahawk and well executed. My local butcher very often has wagyu marbling score 6 through 9+ at reasonable prices depending on the cuts, and I find myself unable to resist.
