    Always a treat to see your dishes! Amazing blend of colors, portions, textures, and flavors sound great too. Super curious about the burnt corn husk and flavor it provides, it looks great on the dish!

    Op: may I please ask, as this is so beautiful and I have been trying to understand the mechanics of this:

    I can see that texture and silhouette feature majorly in your dishes. When figuring out how to plate a new dish; what is the most important thing, the foundation to it, what do you need to _get_ before you can build up from it?

    I overthink a lot and I so admire how free this feels despite being geometrically strategic
