    This might be the best way I’ve seen them made! Although the chunks seem a bit large so less crunch to fat ratio but to each their own. Personally I am good for 1-2 of these. It’s not a meal, more of an appetizer. Also putting the main course under this would be a game changer!

    This is what I’ve been looking for! I was trying to think of ways to grill oxtail pieces instead of using a slow cooker. I love oxtail with gravy over rice and it is normally an indoor pot dish which I’m totally fine with but I would like to try grilling them too just to see if I can get it as tender and tasty.
