The recipe made 15 cookies. I didn’t add powdered sugar before cooking because the allulose powdered sugar disappears during cooking and becomes wet. Just sprinkle on after they’ve cooled instead.
If you eat 10 of them (360 cal) you get 18 grams of protein. Not bad for a dessert.
