My favourite would depend on the beans and taste of the espresso. Some espresso flavours combine better with milk etc than others.
My go-to order at cafes is a flat white though.

A real, certified espresso and cappuccino prepared as outlined in the [ISO 45011](https://www.espressoitaliano.org/files/File/istituzionale_inei_hq_en.pdf), which is a standard definition for espresso and cappuccino. If a “cappuccino” is made with a doubleshot like we see Hoffman make it, then i don’t know what he’s making but it’s not a cappuccino…
