If you walked into a cocktail bar (which is what we are) and saw this list, would you be tempted to order some wine instead and what would you get?

Fun list! Congrats 🙂
As for whether I’d get wine or cocktails, that depends on the other offerings.

No comments on the list itself but not sure about your Spanish translations… pink would usually be rosado, red would usually be tinto … native speakers feel free to correct me if I’m off base 🙂

Makes me irrationally angry that you have mistranslated Spanish headers despite only a single Spanish bottle. And that you can’t decide whether you’re abbreviating or not. And that you use asterisks to denote NA stuff despite it just saying NA right next to them
And it makes me *rationally* angry that the only reds and whites by the glass are either NA or from California.

If you’re a cocktail bar, why so many bottle only options? Do those get a lot of interest?

I think the bottle list is cool, but in a cocktail bar I’m gonna be there for glasses of stuff if you get me, I’m way more likely to order a glass of wine and then a cocktail, rather than a bottle of wine. And, personally, I’m not in love with the by glass list, it’s not weird enough for me! That’s just me though 🙂
Edit: I’d love a Riesling or gewurtz by the glass for example
Thesorus
skip the “chilled” (and the third one is not aligned ? )
don’t be too fancy with the translation; I assume your market is English speaking, keep itin English
it’s a nice list.

It’s mid grade. Nothing I’m going to be overjoyed by. My biggest issue is that the BTG offerings are slim and only North American stuff. Put a Beaujalais on the glass list. You also should have an Argentinian Malbec by the glass. Many places I’ve spoken to say Malbec is usually their 2nd or 3rd best seller.

Why the spanish translation in the headings when you have only 2 spanish bottles on the list?

Gimme dat Sandlands.

Great list. Well thought out…I’d buy something off there for sure. My only concern from a business standpoint would be if it is a little too geeky…but I don’t know your clientele.

So you like beaujolais. Maybe we dont need 4 skus dedicated to that. That being said, i would likely order foillard haha. Solid list.

Cool wines but overall very safe/redundant in terms of categories/niches. Your reds especially are almost exclusively pinot (and beaujolais) and cabernet. You should have two of each only, a cool climate expression and a warm climate expression. That’s four wines. Beaujolais is way overdone these days and doesn’t really sell anyway, you don’t need that many, let alone any.

This wine list would appeal to me, and I’d probably be like “whoa cool!” but I think if I was at cocktail bar, I’d get a cocktail… unless I could get the Lauer sekt, Couche, or Foillard BTG.
I’d go here with a group of wine friends for Wine Wednesday though.

Very cool list overall, I like your taste for what that is worth. Other commenters pointed out various formatting issues, and some needed tweaks to the BTG offerings, though another thing that struck me was how all over the place the order of the selections happens to be. They aren’t organized by name, price, origin, or any other standard that would make logical sense. It makes things harder to keep track of when you are trying to make a decision.
Awsomethingy
Lioco is such a good pinot noir. Thank you for having it by the glass! Hard to not have 3 when I’m out and the aroma is just incredible. One of the best smelling wines of all time
Stunning-Statement-5
Paul Bara, Dönnhoff, Foillard & Lapierre…. Well done

If you have the bar space consider putting some higher end wines in coravin and do them by the glass. It’s always annoying to see only lower priced wines by the glass if I just want one glass, you can also drive a bigger mark-up by both the covavin use and convenience over the cheaper unit prices + no wastage.

Lioco is fantastic.
MusignyBlanc
$109 for current-vintage Foillard. Ugh.

Looks like a good list for a cocktail bar as it provides lots of options. However as someone with a degree in French I beg you to add in proper accents. Bérêche for example
Kung_fu_gift_shop
I like it – there’s a couple in each category I would be excited to order. Paul Bara, Donhoff and Piedrasassi are probably my top in each category

Nice list & gently priced. However it’s a little esoteric & includes no labels recognizable to the occasional or casual wine drinker. It’s almost as if you’re trying to educate your customers. That’s a risky approach
IAmPandaRock
Some really nice stuff on here. I’d choose between the Lauer, Bereche, Couche, and donnhoff.
