I'll link the original post down below, but I made the Halloween pie! The caramel turns into such an interesting (almost pudding like?) Texture. We'll eat it tomorrow, my husband is hosting a ufc watch party tomorrow morning and I wanted to make some fun snacks. I can't wait to try it! It was so easy

I did use an 11oz package of kraft caramels AND a 4.5 oz package of werthers soft caramels to get closer to the 14oz in the recipe. I don't have a double broiler either so I just heated it up on very low heat (low-med low) and stirred frequently

I also used the second half of the puff pastry to make a fun Halloween face and brushed it with cream before putting in the oven. At 30 minutes I had to place a piece of foil on top to make sure it didn't burn during the last 5 minutes.

Used 2 granny smith apples and 2 pink lady apples
