forgot to take a pic of the burgers after the fire. would yall eat? any tips? ground the meat myself from an eye of round roast that was on sale at the store. put some black pepper, garlic powder, a bit of salt, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. came out SOOOO good, really juicy but a tad over cooked imo. my dad said he liked it (huge compliment), so i’m feeling pretty good.

Why you got the burgers on the top rack tho. Let them kiss the flames, you prude.

Looks good King. One tip – when the burger is close to done and still on the grill put the cheese on top and let it melt.

Looks decent but gotta get that cheese melted a bit more.

Mashed potatoes with burgers is an odd choice

Gotta throw that cheese on the burgers while they’re on the grill. That cheese looks cold af 🥶

    1. Toast the buns
    2. Put cheese on burgers while they’re on the grill, or immediately after so they melt
    3. Don’t use gigantic gross pieces of iceberg lettuce (that’s just personal preference though)
    4. I don’t see any juices on the bottom, which makes me think you probably overcooked a bit. Keep them closer to the flame and take them off the flame while they’re still dripping. Remember, they still continue cooking after they’re off the flame. So pull them out sooner than you would think to.

Bro turn the heat down and put them on the bottom rack. This is blasphemous.
