Breakfast is just oats, nothing terribly exciting.

Lunch – "Carnitas' bowls. Pictured is only the rice, (white rice cooked and then mixed with a can of El pato sauce and green chiles, a little salt) beans (pinto doctored up with jalapeños, onions, bacon fat and lightly mashed for me, black left whole with just some salt for my partner) and the pork itself slow cooked all day with oregano, onion powder, salt and pepper. Toppins for it include guac, salsa, cotija, Mexican sour cream, pickled red onions, and crushed chile lime corn chips.

Dinner: I wanted to eat a lot of veggies but also pasta so behold a big pot of pasta with canned Alfredo sauce, some cubed chicken, and cherry tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, Shallots, and a bunch of spinach.
