Honestly, I am kind of mad. It tasted very good, but the broth is perfectly white and I used very dark soy in my tare, so the final product is kind of brownish :/

Will do better in the future!

Broth – only bones, cooked for 9hours.

  1. Color looks like stuff you’d get in restaurants, nothing to worry about! You can try either shio tare, or opt for white shoyu in the future
